For this month's post, I read an article which focused on Dams and their ability to work under the changing climate. Climates such as storms, hot weather, and floods can diminish the use of dams.
Main Points:
1. Flooding in Libya has killed thousands due to the inefficiency of the Dam
2. Dams can't handle the extreme weather changes
3. The climate worsens every year causing more Dams to fall apart
4. There are longstanding deficiencies in infrastructure
